We want you to be 100% happy with your LALICIOUS order. If you've changed  your mind about an item from your online order, please refer to our return policy below: We accept returns and exchanges from both the US and Canada. Eligible returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date. We only accept one return, exchange, or replacement per order. USA Customers who did not opt into Checkout+ at the time of  placing their order will be subjected to a $14 handling fee for returns and exchanges. Canadian customers will be responsible for the cost of their return shipping (rates may vary depending on package size and province). Unopened, sealed items may be returned for a full refund, store credit, or exchanged for items of equal or lesser value. Opened or slightly used items can only be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value. The LIp Butter, Body Brush, Deluxe Sample Sets, Gift Boxes, Sets, and all products purchased at a value are final sale and can not be exchanged or returned. We can only accept returns and exchanges for items purchased through our website www.lalicious.com. Purchases made from a third party must abide by that store's return policy. If your order arrived damaged, please contact us at info@lalicious.com with your order number. We ask that you attach pictures of the damaged items, if possible.
