Please allow for longer processing and shipping times during the high volume sale week.

 

What is Daily Deals?

Each day between 10/20-10/24 is a new deal that is only valid for 24hrs from 6 a.m. to 5:59 a.m. PST the next morning. All Daily Deal purchases are final sale. Stock up and save, while supplies last.

Do I need to use a code?

No code is needed for Daily Deals. The discount will reflect in your cart on all eligible items. Discounts cannot be applied to purchases made before or after the sale.

Can I combine my rewards points with the Daily Deals discount?

While we would love for you to spend your points, we do not have the capability to stack rewards codes with discounts, but this is a great week to grow your rewards and save for future purchases! 

Why does the discount not apply to all the items in my cart?

If the discount does not apply to an item in your cart that can mean the style, size, or type of product is excluded from receiving that discount. Codes cannot be applied to past orders, and cannot be applied post-purchase. If you have questions, please contact us and we're happy to help. 

Does the discount apply to subscription orders?

Daily Deal discounts only apply to one-time purchases. 

 

ORDERS

How do I know if my order went through?

When you've completed your purchase, you should expect a confirmation email with an order number. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please reach us at info@lalicious.com including your order number and inquiry details.

Will I still receive a free sample with my order?

Yes! All orders receive a free sample, even during Daily Deals! Samples may vary depending on availability and supply.

 

SHIPPING

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed Monday-Friday during our business hours of 9am-5pm PST. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email update on the status of your order which includes tracking information. Please allow for longer processing + shipping time during our busy sales week.

Standard Shipping:

If standard or free standard shipping on U.S. orders $55+ is selected at checkout, delivery may take 3-7 business days after processing. 

Express Shipping:

If an express shipping option (Overnight or 2-day) was selected at checkout, your shipment will be delivered within 1-2 business days after processing. Please note that express orders placed on Friday 4/7 are processed the following business day (Monday 4/10). 

International Shipping (Canada):

International shipping (Canada) is a flat fee of $15 and may take 7-14 business days for delivery after processing.

If you placed your order before 09/16/25, please email our customer service team at info@lalicious.comto initiate a return/exchange.

We want you to be 100% happy with your LALICIOUS order. If you've changed  your mind about an item from your online order, please refer to our return policy below:

We accept returns and exchanges from both the US and Canada. Eligible returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date. We only accept one return, exchange, or replacement per order.

USA Customers who did not opt into Checkout+ at the time of  placing their order will be subjected to a $14 handling fee for returns and exchanges. Canadian customers will be responsible for the cost of their return shipping (rates may vary depending on package size and province). Unopened, sealed items may be returned for a full refund, store credit, or exchanged for items of equal or lesser value. Opened or slightly used items can only be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value.

The Lip glosses, Body Brush, Deluxe Sample Sets, Gift Boxes, Sets, and all products purchased at a value are final sale and can not be exchanged or returned. We can only accept returns and exchanges for items purchased through our website www.lalicious.com. Purchases made from a third party must abide by that store's return policy. If your order arrived damaged, please contact us at info@lalicious.com with your order number. We ask that you attach pictures of the damaged items, if possible.
