Sugar & Spice, e-Gift Cards, and Gift Boxes are excluded from all discounts.

What is Daily Deals?

Each day between 10/2-10/6 is a new deal and is only available for 24hrs from 12am- 11:59pm pst. All Daily Deal purchases are final sale. Stock up and save, while supplies last.

Do I need to use a code?

No code is needed for Daily Deals. The discount will reflect at checkout. Discounts cannot be applied to purchases made before or after the sale.

Can I combine my rewards points with the Daily Deals discount?

While we would love for you to spend your points, we do not have the capability to redeem rewards with discounts, but this is a great week to grow your rewards and save! 

Why does the discount not apply to all the items in my cart?

If the discount does not apply to an item in your cart that can mean the style, size, or type of product is excluded from receiving that discount. Codes cannot be applied to past orders, and cannot be applied post-purchase. If you have questions, please reach out to us at info@lalicious.com and we're happy to help. 

Peachy Keen Collection items are excluded from all Daily Deal discounts.

Does the discount apply to subscription orders?

Daily Deal discounts only apply to one-time purchases. 

 

ORDERS

How do I know if my order went through?

When you've completed your purchase, you should expect a confirmation email with an order number. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please reach us at info@lalicious.com including your order number and inquiry details.

Will I still receive a free sample with my order?

Yes! All orders receive a free sample, even during Daily Deals! Please note the scent or style of the sample may vary depending on availability and supply.

 

SHIPPING

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed Monday-Friday during our business hours of 9am-5pm PST. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email update on the status of your order which includes tracking information. Please allow for longer processing + shipping time during our busy sales week.

Standard Shipping:

If standard or free standard shipping on U.S. orders $35+ is selected at checkout, delivery may take 3-7 business days. Canada orders are a flat fee of $15 and may take 7-14 business days for delivery after processing.

Express Shipping:

If an express shipping option (Overnight or 2-day) was selected at checkout, your shipment will be delivered within 1-2 business days after processing. Please note that express orders placed on Friday 4/7 are processed the following business day (Monday 4/10).
