What is Cyber Week?

Cyber Week is our early Black Friday Sale access that runs from November 21-28 at 11:59pm PST for savings up to 50% sitewide. All Cyber Week purchases are final. Stock up and save, while supplies last.

Do I need to use a code?

No code is needed for Cyber Week. The discount will reflect at checkout. Discounts cannot be applied to purchases made before or after the sale.

Can I combine my rewards points with the Cyber Week discount?

While we would love for you to spend your points, we do not have the capability to stack discounts, but this is a great week to grow your rewards as all Cyber Week purchases will earn 2x the points! 

Why does the discount not apply to all the items in my cart?

If the discount does not apply to an item in your cart that can mean the style, size, or type of product is excluded from receiving that discount. Codes cannot be applied to past orders, and cannot be applied post-purchase. If you have questions, please reach out to us at info@lalicious.com and we're happy to help. 

Does the discount apply to subscription orders?

Cyber Week discounts only apply to one-time purchases. 

 

ORDERS

How do I know if my order went through?

When you've completed your purchase, you should expect a confirmation email with an order number. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please reach us at info@lalicious.com including your order number and inquiry details.

Will I still receive a free sample with my order?

Yes! All orders receive a free sample, even during Cyber Week! Please note the scent or style of the sample may vary depending on availability and supply.

 

SHIPPING

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding Thanksgiving weekend 11/24-11/27) during our business hours of 9am-5pm PST. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email update on the status of your order which includes tracking information. Please allow for longer processing + shipping time during our busy sales week.

Standard Shipping:

If standard or free standard shipping is selected at checkout, delivery may take 3-7 business days. Canada orders are a flat fee of $15 and may take 7-14 business days for delivery after processing.

Express Shipping:

If an express shipping option (Overnight or 2-day) was selected at checkout, your shipment will be delivered within 1-2 business days after processing. Please note that express orders placed on Wednesday 11/23 after 12pm PST are processed the following business day (Monday 11/28).
