I placed an order. When can I expect my package?

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm PST are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

How can I go about returning my product?

We’re sorry you didn’t love your LALICIOUS. Please reach out to customerservice@lalicious.com with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return. Please note that all sale items are final sale.

Returns are handled on a case by case basis and the customer is responsible for any shipping costs to send unwanted product back.

Does LALICIOUS have sample products I can purchase to try?

We offer free samples with every order purchased. Signing up for our email list will get you a discount code for first time purchases.

Where does LALICIOUS ship?

At the moment we only ship to the U.S and Canada. Please reach out to customerservice@lalicious.com if you would like information on closest retailers if you are outside the U.S or Canada.

Due to COVID-19, your order may take longer to arrive than usual. Canada orders could take 4-8 weeks. Thank you for your patience.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If you order was placed with the incorrect address, please email customerservice@lalicious.com.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

You cannot combine promo codes. One per order, per customer.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept all major credit and debit cards along with Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, After Pay, and Google Pay.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order please log into your account. Under orders you have the choice to view your order details. Please select the order you wish to cancel and click cancel.

I’m having problems with tracking my order. What do I do?

You should receive a tracking number shortly after your order is shipped out. Please contact customerservice@lalicious.com if you are still having trouble.

How does your Rewards program work?

For every dollar you spend you will receive 10 LALICIOUS points. Once you reach a minimum of 2,500 points you can redeem for $25 towards your LALICIOUS order.

  • Points are not redeemable until 2,500 points have been reached.
  • Follow us on Facebook and receive 150 points.
  • Get a 1,000 points on your birthday!

Do Rewards points expire?

Yes, after 1 year they will expire.

My The Oil/Golden Oil is not pumping. Is the pump broken?

These products are packed with natural oils such as Coconut Oil. Coconut Oil solidifies in cooler temperatures which can make the product harden. Follow these steps to get your Golden Oil pumping again:

  1. Make sure the inner cap is on SUPER tight and get ready to “prime” your dispenser.
  2. To prime your dispenser, pump dispenser slowly 10-15 times to activate the vacuum pump system.
  3. Still isn’t working? Because this product is a Coconut Oil base, it will solidify in cooler temperatures. Run the bottle under HOT water until it completely liquefies. This may take a few minutes.
  4. Give it a good shake, turn the bottle upside down and pump a few times to start the flow of the product.
  5. Simply repeat the process at any time if your dispenser stops working. Enjoy!!

My bottle of The Oil/The Golden Oil looks chunky, and it use to be clear. What’s going on?

Because this product is made with Coconut Oil it may harden in cooler temperatures. If this happens you can put the bottle under hot water for a minute or two and simply store it in your shower where there is steam. That should soften up the product for easy use. This process is completely normal and in-fact insures you that this product is PACKED with all the amazing benefits of Coconut Oil, which is a good thing!

Is The Golden Oil a self tanner or bronzer?

While The Golden Oil will add a sun kissed glow to your skin, it is not a self-tanning product. It will enhance your natural glow.

How long is my Sugar Scrub good for?

One year after the seal is opened. The product will remain good if the seal if still on.

My sugar scrub is harder and feels more dry than usual. Is this ok?

Because this product is made with Coconut Oil it may harden in cooler temperatures and seem dried out. If this happens you can put the jar (lid on) under hot water for a minute or two and simply store it in your shower where there is steam. That should soften up the product for easy use. This process is completely normal and in-fact insures you that this product is PACKED with all the amazing benefits of Coconut Oil, which is a good thing!

Are your products tested on animals?

No, we do not (and will never) test on animals!

What does 99% vegan mean?

All of our products are vegan except for our Sugar Scrubs which contain a small amount of honey, which is a natural preservative.

Do you have any products that are 100% natural?

Yes! The Sugar Peppermint Sugar Scrub is made with an all-natural essential oil and the Sugar Coffee Sugar Scrub is crafted with 100% Arabica coffee beans. Both are 100% natural.

My Velour Body Melt has turned completely liquid! What do I do?

Velour Body Melt is made from several natural oils, which makes the product temperature sensitive. This product should be kept in a cool, dry place to ensure the solid consistency. In warmer months you can even pop Velour Body Melt in your refrigerator to solidify.
