LaLicious is committed to offering its customers the best beauty products available. We will refund your purchase for any unopened product received within 30 days of the purchase date. We will refund your purchase for any damaged items. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Shipping / Delivery
Orders will be processed and shipped within 4 business days of receipt.
We currently use both US Postal Service and Federal Express Ground to deliver your orders. Shipping is a flat rate of $5.95 within the continental United States. Standard shipping is usually 2-7 business days from ship date depending on your destination.
Please be sure that the address you chose to ship to is a secure address where someone will be present to receive items. An e-mail will be sent to you with a shipping confirmation from USPS or FedEx which will give you a tracking number for your order. To track your package, visit USPS.com or FedEx.com.
During the summer months (approximately June 1- September 1) LaLicious will not ship some orders going to the East Coast after Wednesday due to the products temperature sensitivity. If you are concerned about the shipping time frame for your order, please call and speak to a LaLicious representative at 888-542-4687 Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm PST.
